Don't be shy, I would love to hear from you! Email me at deathtotrip@proton.me

Is this the only place you're posting your cards?
Yes.

I do have my old Chub accounts, but I am no longer updating those. This neocities is the only place where you're going to find up-to-date cards and future releases. If you find my cards anywhere else, I did not upload them there.
Why did you move over from Chub to neocities?
While Chub is convenient and I've never had too big of a problem with it, I think neocities is more futureproof, as well as allowing me more freedom. I'm not sure what direction Chub is heading right now, and I don't particularly care for any alternatives like botbooru. Besides, I think having a neocities is cool.

As for why I'm choosing not to maintain both a Chub and a neocities...it boils down to me not wanting to have to manage mulitple platforms whenever I publish or update a card.
So...you're styxcity?
Yes, I used to publish cards under the username styxcity before starting anew as DeathtoTrip.

My reason for doing so stemmed from my most downloaded card, Dungeon Core Simulator. For context, I spent so much time slaving over it until I was happy with how it turned out. After that, I felt done with the card. However, people eventually got around to asking for updates because the card didn't work for them. And, at the risk of sounding dismissive, they didn't provide any steps to reproduce the error and it worked fine on my set up.

At the time, I just wanted to separate myself from those demanding voices. So, the next time I wanted to publish a bot, I just made a new account and left styxcity behind. Looking back, it was an impulse decision stemming from something I wasn't even that annoyed about, but I ended up sticking with it.

Now that I'm on neocities, I decided it was a good chance to consolidate all my cards in one place. In the future, I'll continue using the name DeathtoTrip for my botmaking activities.
Are you going to update your old cards?
Sometimes when I go back and use old cards, I tinker around with the defs a bit. I might even come up with an idea for a new greeting. Other than that, I wouldn't hold my breath.

If you're interested in seeing a card updated, I'm open to hearing ideas. The more specific, the better. For example, I'm almost certainly going to ignore something like "fix this card, it doesn't work" if it comes without the information needed to "fix" the card. I would be more receptive to something concrete like "there's a typo here" or "here's an idea that I think would be fun as a greeting".
